Ordering a signatory extract for a branch

The signatory extract (the branch's list of authorised signatories) can be ordered via the Ossi tool (signatory extracts – signatory rights request) or by email: kotimaanavustajat (at) redcross.fi

Please note that the following conditions must be met before a signatory extract can be issued to you:

• The branch has registered its current elected officials and key persons in the national register, the Ossi tool
• The branch has submitted the minutes extract from the election meeting as an attachment in the Ossi tool or delivered it to the district office
• The branch's elected officials are members of the Red Cross

Delivering the registry extract takes 3–5 working days depending on the workload.
