The training provides the skills needed for the role of a standby contact person.
Target group
The course is intended for volunteers currently acting as standby contact persons, those wishing to become one, or others involved in administrative roles. The course does not require the participant to have worked as a first aid standby volunteer, but the applicant must be familiar with standby service operations.
Learning outcomes
After the training, the learner will understand the role of the local branch and the standby contact person in first aid standby services. The course participant will understand the life cycle of a standby service event and know how to process it in the standby database. In addition, they will learn about cooperation with the first aid group, other forms of activity, the client, and the authorities.
Prerequisites
No formal educational prerequisites. Familiarity with first aid standby service operations. Endorsement from the local branch/district. Of legal age. Basic user skills in the standby services administration system.
Certificate
