Videos about the Red Cross for school visits

As students come into the classroom, you can play a video about our activities in the background, which you can find here (note! you can select "loop" on YouTube by right-clicking on the video).

You can also make use of animated videos that describe the Red Cross's humanitarian work in a way suitable for people of many ages. There are two videos, and together they form a single story. You can click the English subtitles on from the right-hand-side lower corner of the video.

In the first video, the main character receives help from the Red Cross, and at the same time the organisation's principles are introduced. In the second video, the main character wants to help others too, and the viewer learns about the kinds of volunteer roles the organisation offers.

If you wish, you can structure the school visit so that the first video is watched at the beginning of the lesson and the second at the end.
