The Red Cross also provides help online across the nation. On this page, you will find additional material intended for volunteers who help others online. We have also put together information on what branches and districts should know about online help provision.

If you are volunteering as an online friend, we recommend reviewing the role-specific guidelines and support materials.

If you are volunteering at a Red Cross online meeting place or as a facilitator of a Talking About Loneliness online group, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the additional materials intended for volunteers in online communities.
