What is digital friend mediation?
Oma Punainen Risti includes digital friend mediation designed for use by friend mediators. The system contains digital records for both volunteers and clients, and it facilitates the work of friend mediators in many ways.
These instructions are intended for volunteers who are responsible for Red Cross friend activities in their own area. More detailed instructions are only available on the Finnish and Swedish pages.
