District discussions to start in September

In addition to the survey, we will also be collecting views on the reform in discussions within districts, where e.g. the staff and the designated volunteers in branches will be able to voice their opinions. The discussions will start in September and continue until November. Each district will provide information on their own events. We will also be hosting national Teams workshops, which we will tell you more about later on. 

District events will feature workshops focusing on the reform, hosted by district experts together with staff from the headquarters. Volunteers who are enthusiastic about reforming the Red Cross will get the most out of these events. One of the most important objectives of these meetings is to strengthen the ability of the branches to evolve.
