Ordering a register extract for a branch

The branch register extract (list of authorized signatories) can be ordered via the Ossi tool (available in Finnish and Swedish; Signatory extracts – Signatory rights order) or by email: kotimaanavustajat (at) redcross.fi.

Please note that the following requirements must be met before a register extract can be issued:

• The branch has reported its current elected officials and key persons to the national register in the Ossi tool.
• The branch has uploaded an extract from the minutes of the election meeting as an attachment to the Ossi tool or delivered it to the district office.
• The branch's elected officials are members of the Red Cross.

Depending on the current workload, it takes 3–5 working days to deliver the register extract.
